Hey There! My name is Jasmine Stokes. I was born and raised in Chicago, IL but am currently residing in Clarksville, TN. I am happily married to my best friend and soul mate, Benjamin Stokes. Together, we are the happy and proud parents of three amazing blessings, Laila, Kingston and Benjamin Jr.

My Life Coaching journey started way before I knew it was Life Coaching. I have always been a listening ear, sounding board, encourager, and confidant to close family, friends and often strangers.
​
Taking on the role as an intercessor for my family, friends and close ministerial leaders, I tapped into my gift, purpose and passion; love, compassion and understanding for people. I decided to follow God’s voice (again), and His instruction to cultivate the gift I was given.
You would never be able to tell what I have been through by the smile on my face

but to God be the Glory for all He’s done. One of my favorite scriptures is “Whatever you do, do it for the Glory of God.” (Colossians 3:17) This is my mission and often times the motivation to keep pushing.
I hold over 15 years of Corporate America experience within Banking and Consulting, with my last 9 years being solely dedicated to Training and Development. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Finance and a Master Life Coaching Certification, I am fully equipped in identifying your winning strategy.
I have taken many leaps of faith during my life journey as a wife, mother, divorcee, co-parent, student, career woman, and unwavering sister-friend. My ultimate goal is to help others with their faith walk, mirror experiences, foundational structure and to truly see their GREATER self.
